Kadiri House group home is a long-term, community-based, therapeutic group home for ten males ages 8 to 17 who have exhausted all other living arrangements and are working toward reunifying their families. Our focus is to impart guidance and support to help youth build the character necessary for living independently and interdependently while creating a broad-based foundation of community and professional support networks to ensure their long-term success. Kadiri House is specially equipped to care for youth with delinquency issues, developmental disabilities, truancy, and challenging behaviors.
Kadiri House is designed to provide a safe, stable, nurturing, environment for adolescent boys struggling with behavioral problems or developmental disabilities. Therapeutic, medical, and emotional support are all offered in a safe and caring atmosphere by licensed professionals contracting through Medicaid. Kadiri House and its staff also reflect this commitment to safety and care.
Kadiri House works with the placing agency and the biological parents (if appropriate) toward developing a positive, permanent plan for each child in our care. Kadiri House also networks with other professional providers to ensure that the treatment is in the child's best interest.
Kadiri House takes its role as an advocate for the children in care seriously, and the legal rights of each child in placement are guarded closely.
